Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited personal information used to run the Krispy Tools website, optional contributions and support. Krispy Tools is run by Kristaps Prusis, Riga, Latvia.

Downloads

Downloads need no account and collect no personal information. We count downloads per tool (only the date, the tool and the country), so we know which tools are used.

Optional Contributions

Pay-what-you-want payments run on Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record, under Polar's own privacy policy. Krispy Tools sees your name, email address, country and the amount. Krispy Tools never receives your card details.

Support Messages

Emails you send are kept so we can help you and look back at earlier issues. You can ask for them to be deleted.

Website

The website is static and hosted by Cloudflare. It sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. Cloudflare keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and requested pages, for security.

The Tools

The scripts run on your computer inside DaVinci Resolve and do not send your projects, media, or usage anywhere.

Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by emailing support@krispytools.com. You can also contact the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
