These terms apply to the Krispy Tools website and the free scripts published on it. Krispy Tools is run by Kristaps Prusis in Riga, Latvia.
License
All Krispy Tools scripts are free and open source under the MIT License. You may use them for personal and commercial work, change them and share them, as long as the license notice stays with the code. The full text is in every download and on GitHub.
Pay What You Want
Optional contributions are processed by Polar Software Inc. (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, VAT and receipts under its own terms. A contribution does not buy a license or support contract. See pay what you want for refunds.
Compatibility
The tools need DaVinci Resolve Studio 19.1 or newer. DaVinci Resolve and operating systems change; we fix problems we can reproduce when we can.
No Warranty
The scripts are provided as is, without warranty. Try a tool on a test project before using it on important work. To the extent the law allows, Krispy Tools is not responsible for lost files, missed deadlines, project damage or indirect damages.
